Affinity is a female trio made up of close friends Kyra Leroux, Julia MacLean and Taylor McKee. The three teens met as members of Perry Ehrlich’s Showstoppers, a show choir that performs across the lower mainland and have performed at Roger’s Arena with Eric Church and with the legendary band Foreigner. The young women became even closer friends when they were cast in Bring On Tomorrow’s production of 13 The Musical in 2017. Wanting to continue performing together Taylor, Julia and Kyra formed AFFINITY. With their friendship and chemistry evident on stage, they began booking gigs right away. The group engages their audiences with their youthful enthusiasm, stage presence and musicality. All three teens have been performing on stage from a very young age and have experience and professionalism well beyond their years. The group is influenced by a diverse list of powerful female performers including Sara Bareilles, Joni Mitchell, The Andrew Sisters, Adele, and Corinne Bailey Rae.
