Lyrically rich and committed to storytelling, Coldwater Road gives folk music a reason to dance. While playing acoustic guitar, harmonica and keeping time with his home made Bootbox, Patrick Spencer tells stories and sing songs with humor, history and human connection, suitable for all ages. His song list is a mix of covers and original material including love songs, outlaw ballads, and all ages songs of humour and humanity.
Patrick usually rides his bike and trailer to Granville Island, and sets up his music gear right off the bike trailer. His style of performance and delivery tends to be popular with all ages, including children and he encourages them to enjoy the space and dance in the open square. Patrick has been a recording and performing artist, solo and with a folk band since 2011 with a number of recordings.
