A classically trained harpist with credentials from the Canadian Royal Conservatory of Music, Sye Perry is an experienced musician who has played for weddings, business events, and local recitals. She has been playing and learning in earnest for 12 years and has an extensive collection of music at her disposal. To minimize breaks and adapt for timing she is able to improvise and meld one song into the next. She will be playing a 5-foot 38-string lever harp, capable of playing in many music styles: classical, flamenco, Jazz, Christmas, musicals, Celtic, etc. The amount of time she typically plays is 1-2 hours. Her attire will befit a harp player, so expect a lovely scene with formal/elegant clothes and a cherry wood harp. While primarily a harp player, she is adept at the guitar as well and has several original songs on both instruments. Requests for a particular music style may be made.
